GLENN F. HILTS, JR.

Glenn F. Hilts, Jr., 86, passed away Tuesday, February 114, 2006, at his I home after a lengthy illness. Mass of Christian burial was on Saturday, February 18 at Cure' of Ars Catholic Church, 9401 Mission Road, Overland Park, KS; burial in Calvary Cemetery.

Glenn was born December 15, 1919 in St. Joseph, Missouri, he was the fourth of six children born to Glenn and Clara Hilts. He graduated from Rockhurst High School. He then attended Rockhurst University and received his degree from Kansas State University. Glenn retired from the FAA after 30+ years of dedicated service. He was united in marriage to Maxine Parker in 1948 until her death in 1972. He then married Rita Burdick in 1976 until her death in 1999. Glenn is also preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Glennys Noonan, Clara Frances Hilts and Dorothy Hilts, and niece, Margaret Ann Noonan. He is survived by his sister, Betty Ann Duffy and her husband Jack, Oklahoma City, OK and a brother, Dick Hilts, Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, caregivers and neighbors. (
