Phyllis T. Coulter

1920 - 2007

                 We have been informed that Phyllis Coulter , wife of A L Coulter (AC-O)   passed away  

               on September 17, 2007 of heart failure. They have been married for 65 years.

She is survived by her husband, daughter Marcia  and son Tim.
